Terms of Service

These terms apply to every account and service you buy from UgunCloud, a service run by PT Ugun Cloud Nusantara. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and give us accurate contact details. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password and SSH keys safe.
Billing
- Services are billed monthly in advance, in Rupiah.
- An invoice is issued 7 days before each renewal date.
- If an invoice is still unpaid 3 days after the due date, the service is suspended.
- If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, the service and its data are deleted.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to:
- break Indonesian law or the law of the country where the server runs;
- send spam, or host phishing pages, malware, or stolen data;
- attack, scan, or overload other networks or servers;
- mine cryptocurrency, or run anything that keeps the CPU at full load for long periods;
- host gambling, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
If we find a breach we may suspend the service without notice, and terminate it without a refund. When the law requires it, we cooperate with authorities.
Backups and your data
We take daily backups as a safety net, but they do not replace your own. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Availability
We work to keep every server online and fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance by email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or other indirect loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Price changes only apply from your next billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled first by discussion, and if that fails, at the South Jakarta District Court.
