Refund Policy

You can cancel any service at any time from your dashboard. The service keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
When we refund
- Your first order, if you cancel within 7 days of paying. We refund the full amount.
- If we could not deliver your server within 24 hours of payment.
- If your server was down for more than 24 hours in one month because of a problem on our side. We refund that month.
- If you were charged twice for the same invoice.
When we do not refund
- Unused days in a month, when you cancel after the first 7 days.
- Services suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service.
- Add-ons such as extra IP addresses, after they have been assigned.
How refunds are paid
Email support@uguncloud.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, or to a bank account in your name, within 14 working days.
