This policy explains what personal data PT Ugun Cloud Nusantara collects when you use UgunCloud, why, and what rights you have under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, and company name if you give one.
- Billing details: invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway, not stored by us.
- Technical data: IP addresses, login times, and server usage, for security and billing.
- Support messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
We do not look at the files or databases on your server, unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it.
Why we use it
- To create and run your services, and to bill you for them.
- To contact you about your account, invoices, maintenance, and security issues.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax records.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to run the service: our payment gateway, the data centers in Jakarta and Singapore that host the servers, and our email provider. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. After you close it, we delete it within 90 days, except invoices and payment records, which we keep for 10 years as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@uguncloud.com. We reply within 3 working days.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.
